职位描述：
1. 通过各种渠道搜索目标客户群，并针对不同客户介绍公司的培训项目，了解客户的需求并作出快速反馈；
2. 定期和客户进行电话沟通；了解客户当前的培训需求和公司动态，寻求销售机会并完成销售业绩指标；
3. 根据公司的战略发展，对新市场的客户进行开发，建立客户档案，保持良好的客户关系；
4. 在建立和维护客户关系的同时，了解客户对内训和咨询项目的需求。

职位要求：
1. 专科学历以上，或本科应届生毕业生；
2. 有一定的销售实习经验，咨询培训行业实习经历者优先；
3. 对销售工作充满激情，有强烈的兴趣，具有良好的服务意识；
4. 诚实坦诚，自信主动，积极进取，有责任心；
5. 普通话标准，良好的英语听说读写的能力；
6. 较强的学习、思考、应变能力；
7. 良好的人际关系和团队合作精神，优秀的沟通表达能力；
8. 较强的抗压能力，自我激励和管理的能力。
