职位描述:
Objective of the Position
? Establish and improve the process related with the post according to the requirements of ISO/TSI16949, ISO14001, OHSAS8001 standard and headquarters;
? Continuously improve Company Management System to ensure the realization of company target and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities
The position incumbent ensures, that
? To make and issue production plan for workshop according to Master Production Schedule;
? Watching production plan status, adjust production plan on time ensure continuous and smooth production;
? Make sure planning and SAP parameters are well maintained;
? Ensure reasonable and qualified stock level for raw and semi-finished materials (as well as cycle counting in a periodic）
? To plan and fulfill Visual Management System eg. Kanban specially in where Warehouse and Production Line feeding
? Cooperation with Production to ensure the implementation of production plan;
? Co-work with SCM for clarification on customer delivery request on time to suppliers and supervise the supply status of materials including pre-series materials;
? Work with the warehouse to ensure finished goods delivery on schedule;
? Cooperate with Production, Maintenance, SCM to solve production bottleneck.
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
? Bachelor degree;
? Work experiences with SAP-modules
? More than two years production planning experiences in automotive industry;

Interpersonal Competence:
? Ability to analysis and solve problem under complex background ;
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
? Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;
