Position/Job Description:

This position is to be the purchasing assistant for both tooling team and advance purchasing team for our China purchasing organization and the position reports to the tool purchasing manager and ADP manager. The objective is to deal outstanding tooling payment issue timely and correctly by coordinate with suppliers, project team and our internal finance, also need to be following on the payments in new projects for tooling to handle the similar payment work, furthermore need to manage contract & PO with suppliers under supervisor approval and keep good recorder.

The candidate shall have good communication, hands on paper work preparation and details oriented. Basic legal terms and finance knowledge is required. Self-motivation and find way to work efficient is part of requirements.

The candidate should have bachelor degree at least.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Outstanding payment for tooling in CNB& CNZ
• New tooling PO following and get approved by leaders
• Tooling payment in new projects.
• Update the tooling master file about different milestones and payment information
• Collect tooling information from components suppliers.
• Following with finance request to do tooling asset audit work with suppliers.
• Responsible for components RFQ within new and CIP projects.
• Work closely with commodity team to ensure up to date RFQ supplier lists.
• Responsible for the sampler ordering within new and CIP projects.
• Responsible for the sampler payment within new and CIP projects.

Preferred qualifications:

The qualified candidate shall have master or bachelor degree level in engineering, finance or project management

Documentation experience from similar position.

Payment management experiences

Communication skills in English, both written & spoken are essential.
