职位描述
Scope of Position and Key Results Expected:
1. All activities meet EHS requirements to ensure zero LTIR and TRIR
2. Optimization of all production operations in respect of
a) Product quality
b) Chemical efficiency, etc.
3. Maintenance of production SOPs and work instructions
4. Analysis and trouble shooting of product & process non-conformance
5. Trials with new products
6. Transfer process information from NPI to related SOP and Work Instructions
7. Involve some projects to improve whole production performance, including quality, capacity, waste management, lowest cost and improve yields, etc
8. Implement and review HACCP plan
9. Process related training of Operators
10. Production 5S management
11. Control of rework material
12. Team work and collaboration with other department (QA/QC, Engineering, SHE, Logistics, Purchase, planning, HR, etc) to improve overall efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
1, Bachelor's or above degree in Chemical Engineering or related field of engineering;
2, Good written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency a must.
3, Good software skills, including Excel, Word, PPT, ACCESS, etc.
4, At least three years' working experiences in chemical industry.
