基本要求：
1.具备西餐厅连锁店面管理和营运的专业知识；
2.具备西餐厅连锁店营运工作5年以上，本岗位工作经验2年以上;
3.具备良好的人际交往能力、组织计划能力、沟通能力和决策能力，优秀的领导能力，营销和法律、广告宣传等知识

本岗位的主要工作范围和职责

1.根据市场变化情况适时制定新的营销方案最终实现利润最大化；
2.制定宣传推广方案并有效实施，提高销售额；
3.与店长共同保证所有客户对产品的质量、服务、清洁卫生均感到满意；
4.监督指导属下区域店长们的工作和个人成长情况，使他们胜任工作并实现自己的目标；
5.保持店长和店员较低的人员流失率；
6.保证对店长管理下的店面实施帐目审计，确保与公司的方针政策保持一致，达到或超过公司的既定标准；
7.合理优化店内可用资源，了解并合理使用下属人员的知识技术能力，做到根据营运部门和公司的总体需要分配资源；
8.管理营运部日常工作，根据公司长远发展规划制定中期和近期营运计划。

本岗位的工作权限
1.监督所有门店的销售、财务、人事、设备、规章制度、卫生安保等方面的工作；
2.制定营运部门的日常工作计划及工作安排，管理本部门日常工作；
3.配合公司的培训部门制定所辖门店人员的培训计划并适时参与实施培训；
4.在人力资源部的协助下负责辖区内门店人员的招聘工作；
5.监督门店对新员工的培训工作。
