职位描述
Develop, implement and maintain HR processes and systems to support the SFG Trading Company, China and provide proactive and reactive HR Services support and advice to internal customers
Key responsibilities
Administration
Perform general HR administrative duties as required within the role
Provide general support to HR Team
Provide support to Line Manager
General HR Advice & Support (IR / ER)
Resolve HR matters
Provide general HR advice
Manage grievance process effectively
Responsible for all Industrial and Employment relations issues or concerns in the China office
Be the company expert in the area of employment law and regulations in China
Business Communication & Reporting
Develop and deliver communications to SFG and third parties
Correspond with the business and produce reporting as required
Successful business partnering with the GM of the China Office and the HR Director in the Sydney office and become the HR liaison between the Sydney & China office
Continuous Improvement
Identify & innovate HR initiatives and, alongside the GM of China / GM HR deliver these initiatives for customer and business needs
Change Management and Strategic HR
Operate in accordance with Empowerment Model/Guidelines
Delivery of all HR plans, strategies, policies and training in the China office
Workforce Development & Resourcing
Deal with any third party issues with Line Manager (i.e. unions)
Develop workforce development and resourcing initiatives and programs
Recruitment
Responsible for the recruitment and induction of new team members including all visa applications and individual requirements.
Training/L&D
Identify training needs and assist with developing training program
Coordinate & facilitate training
Self-Development
?Keep up to date with the HR environment, including current trends and legislation
?Actively ensure commitment to professional development
Business & Customer Needs
?Understand the retail industry
?Be in touch with internal customer, innovate strategies in encouraging and facilitating two way communication
Metrics
?Administer the metrics process
?Analyse data and make recommendations against ROI
?Research industry metrics, benchmarking and make recommendations
HRIS
?Provide training and assistance with system related queries
?Utilise relevant systems to provide support to stakeholders
?Assist with development and maintenance of systems
Compliance & Risk
?Keep up to date with current company policies and procedures and relevant legislation
?Ensure personal adherence to company and department policies and procedures and relevant legislation
?Operate in your role in accordance with company policies and procedures and relevant legislation
?Participate in mitigating risk by escalating and communicating to Line Manager
Policies & Procedures
?Develop, implement and maintain HR processes, policies and systems to support the China business in line with the Sydney Office
?Review, update and maintain the China office handbook and Workplace Behaviour Policy
?Establish pay review system in the China office based on established performance management process and individual key performance indicators.

? Ability to establish credibility with the business from the beginning
