Desired Skills & Experience 经验及技能要求：
1. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or Real Estate (MBA in business, real estate or construction preferred) 金融，商业或房地产本科以上学历（商业，房地产或建筑方向MBA优先）
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment real estate analysis (internship periods not included) 4年以上房地产投资分析相关工作经验（不包含实习期）
3. Strong verbal, written and communication skills (Both English and Mandarin Compulsory) 较强的口头，书面和沟通能力（须具备中英文相关能力）
4. Knowledge of real estate terms, fundamentals and markets 具备房地产条款，基础和市场知识
5. Proven ability in financial analysis (NPV, IRR, etc.) 具备财务分析能力 （NPV, IRR等）
6. Experience with Feasibility Research / Analysis / Evaluation, Due Diligence and Budget review 具备可行性研究/分析/评估、尽职调查和预算审核的相关经验
7. Experience in modeling distributions of complex real estate business structures 具备创建复合型房地产业务架构分布模式的经验
8. Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills (advanced word and excel experience) 具备较强的量化和金融模型技能（熟练掌握word和excel技能）
9. Excellent analytical and research skills 出色的分析和研究技能
10. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 具备同时参与多项目的经验
11. Travel as required (Mainly China, weekends as required) 可接受出差（中国大陆，包括周末）
