Responsibilities:

?Ensure all factories are socially, ethically and environmentally compliant including health, product and fire safety.
?Communicate SFG policies and procedures to suppliers and factories to ensure the proper understanding and compliance of the programs, policies & procedures
?Educate, motivate and train all suppliers and factories parties to implement various compliance procedures so they are aware of the SFG audit requirements.
?Periodically conduct vendor compliance audits in factories and follow up on the progress in corrective actions(CAPS) report.
?Conduct factory technical audits for all new factories prior to placement of orders to ensure the factory has the technical skills and machinery to execute the order with the acceptable AQL level.
?Submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete matter.
?Generate and compile statistics for the social compliance team
?Work closely with the compliance team based in Sydney to enhance and evolve global CSR programs to drive improvements on the ground as well as process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

?Minimum 10 years compliance audit experience in garment industry including handling audits such as SEDEX, BSCI, ISO, WRAP, CTPAT through 3rd party auditors BV, ITS or SGS.
?Should have sound knowledge on labor low, factories act, fire prevention & fire fighting law & ISO convention related on RMG sector in China
?High degree of integrity and ability to question/challenge processes and ownerships
?Hands-on experience in audit procedure and follow-up with the manufacturers
?Excellent command of written and spoken English
?Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong analytical, interpersonal and communicational skills.
?Knowledge on SA8000, ISO9001 and ISO14001 will be a definite advantage.
