We are looking for a product manager to be part of an incubator team within a global internet marketing company. With this team you will be working on our new email marketing product. The parent company is a world leader in email marketing services and active in China since 2005. We operate from multiple locations in Europe and China. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to stand alone entrepreneurial enterprises in a broad range of industries including e-commerce, FMCG, air travel, education and more. The incubator project is located in the Shanghai office and you will be working with a small team as if running a startup. You will be responsible for this new product and are expected to make key decisions on the development.

Key Responsibilities:
-This role is focused on product management for a new email marketing product.
-You will be the product owner and responsible for everything that relates to product development.
-Conduct and organize testing for both usability improvements and debugging.
-Do market research and identify new opportunities for product improvements.
-Decide with the Project Leader the feature requirements and set priorities.
-Brief the Development Team by designing the features and making briefing documents.
-Make sure the implementation by the Development Team is as briefed and within the deadline.
-Drive the product to meet the needs of the users and the market.
-Report to the Project Leader on the product status.

Requirements:
-1+ years experience in online product management and online marketing.
-Must have a good understanding of usability, web design and product development and the current trends in these fields. Work experience in these fields is a big plus.
-Experience with email marketing is a big plus.
-Must be able to work independently and make decisions independently.
-Must have basic design and Photoshop skills.
-Proficient in Chinese and English.
-Creative, communicative, motivated, entrepreneurial, bold.
