岗位职责
协调和督导各服务区域的对客服务，确保经营秩序的正常运转，接待并处理宾客对各部门的一切投诉；全面掌握前厅部各分部门的业务内容，可以随时处理各分部门的业务问题并可以随时协助各分部门的日常工作；检查并督导员工遵守集团和公司的各项规章制度，包括员工仪容仪表，行为举止，岗位纪律，礼节礼貌等方面；熟知全面运营状况和管理层的相关经营政策，掌握内部的一切活动及会议、宴会情况，并回答宾客的一切询问，为宾客提供必要的协助与服务；全面掌握各营业场所的各项经营信息，了解相关设备、设施的运转情况，并给予宾客准确、及时的服务信息。
职位要求：
1、高中以上学历40岁以下，外形良好，有XX年以上餐厅管理工作经验；
2、熟悉餐厅的运作及经营；
3、良好的沟通、合作能力和独立的工作能力；
4、有较强的管理能力和责任心。

Job responsibility:
Coordinate and supervise the service area of the guest services, ensure the normal operation of the management order, receive and handle guest complaints about everything to do with each department;
A comprehensive grasp the front office each department's business content, can deal with each department's business problems at any time and can at any time to assist the daily work of each department;
Check and supervise employees to abide by group and the company's each rules and regulations, including staff grooming, behavior, and post discipline, etiquette, manners, etc;
Familiar with the overall operating condition and management related management policies, to master all the activities of the internal and conference, banquet, and all answer guest inquiries, for guests to provide necessary assistance and services;
A comprehensive grasp all the business premises of the business information, understand the operation situation of related equipment and facilities, and to give guests information accurately and timely service.

Job requirements:
1, high school degree or above 40 years old the following, good appearance, XX years working experience in restaurant management;
2, familiar with the operation of the restaurant and management;
3. good communication and cooperation ability and the ability to work independently;
4, have strong management ability and sense of responsibility.
