电子商务平台运营主管 3人
岗位职责：
1、 负责网站的整体规划、营销、推广、客户关系管理等系统性运营管理及销
售工作；
2、负责制定每季度、月运营计划；
3、负责网站日常改版策划、上架、推广、销售、售后服务等经营与管理工作；
4、负责网站日常维护，保证网站的正常运作，优化网站；
5、负责执行与配合公司相关营销活动，并能独立策划店铺促销活动方案；
6、负责品牌网络分销渠道建设，拥有自己独特的市场开拓思路，并能够与公司
销售策略及公司发展方向良好结合；
7、负责收集市场和行业信息，分析竞争对手，关注对手的变化和选款、定价等
营销策略，结合公司优势提供有效应对方案；
8、客户关系维护，熟悉网站建设与管理工作；
9、保持与工厂仓库端的对接，包括：产品属性、图片、库存、价格等；
10、建立活动进度表，跟进报名进度并记录，审核不通过的注明，分析原因；
11、处理网站违规、降权、处罚等突发性事件。

任职资格：
1、熟悉电子商务流程（淘宝店、淘宝商城、阿里网站），熟悉网上购物和销
售、推广、优化、维护、更新技能知识；熟练电子商务平台的操作规范和
流程；
2、2年以上相关淘宝旗舰工作经验，2年以上网站管理工作经验，本科及以
上学历；男生优先考虑。
3、熟悉网站运营流程和网站运营指标数据分析，具有一定的网站策划能力，
良好的文案功底；
4、熟悉市场各网站推广方式；
5、熟悉并且对分析买市场兴趣，市场同行业运营方式等相关推广工作经验；
6、丰富的互联网合作资源，有从事淘宝商城旗舰店的运营管理工作者优先考虑。

Job responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1, be familiar with the process of electronic commerce (taobao shop,
taobao mall, ali website), familiar with online shopping and sales, promotion,
optimization, maintenance, update knowledge skills; Skilled operation of
e-commerce platform specification and process;
2, 2 years or above related working experience in taobao flagship, 2 years
working experience in site management, bachelor degree or above; The boy
is preferred.
3, familiar with data analysis, site operation processes and operational
indicator has a certain website planning ability, good writing skills;
4, familiar with the market each website promotion way;
5, familiar with and interested in buy market analysis, market operations and
other related work experience in promotion industry;
6, rich Internet resources cooperation, be engaged in taobao flagship store
operation management worker is preferred.
