职位描述：
1、组织、监督公司战略、经营规划的实施；
2、负责对部门日常运作进行管理，监督、考核各项管理制度的制定及推行；
3、制定整个项目中心的年度、季度、月度工作计划及各阶段工作目标分解、安排工作时间；
4、监督协调各部门管理、执行工作，保证部门的正常运作；
5、对案场的监督管理，与项目开发商的沟通协调；
6、根据市场情况对项目作出正确分析，制定项目中心的工作方向和重点；
7、负责整个项目中心工作方向的指引工作，帮助各部门领导解决工作中的实际困难，确保整个运营体系的正常运作。
职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，职业形象良好；市场营销、工商管理等相关专业，知识结构全面
2.至少5年以上房产企业销售及相关工作经验， 3年以上销售管理经验
3.知识结构全面，了解行政、法律、人事及财务各方面知识，学习能力强，能够迅速掌握与业务有关的各种知识；
4.有较强的组织、协调、沟通及人际交往能力，较强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
5.良好的口头及书面表达能力，思维缜密敏捷，逻辑性强；
6.良好的团队协作精神；
7.工作态度认真、细心有耐性、责任心强、能在高强度、高压力的环境下工作。

Job description:

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good professional image; Marketing, business administration or related major, comprehensive knowledge structure
2. At least 5 years working experience in real estate company sales and related, more than 3 years experience in sales management
3. The knowledge structure, comprehensive understanding of administrative, legal, personnel and financial aspects of knowledge, strong learning ability, can quickly grasp all kinds of knowledge related to the business;
4. Has the strong organization, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills, strong ability of judgement and decision-making, planning and execution ability;
5. Good command of oral and written expression ability, thoughtful agile, and strong logicality;
6. Good team work spirit;
