JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE职位概述/目标:
- To ensure the seamless running of the Unico Restaurant and Bars in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
- 管理并向导餐厅为客人一贯提供高效的服务, 最大限度的让餐厅营运。
- Assist General Manager to operate UNICO properly
- 协助总经理管理好优尼客。
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.

- Clear strategy for the business which all employees are aware of

- Manage and supervise both bar and restaurant smooth, efficient and effective daily store operations
- 监督管理店内的日常运作,确保其顺畅高效。
- Responsible to manage, supervise and direct employees.

- To maximize store revenue through effective up-selling and suggestive selling.
- 通过有效的促销推荐手段扩大店内收入。
- Provide reports on operations to GM in terms of revenue, operations, functions, staffing and the like.
- 向总部提供相关报告。包括但不仅限于收入、运作、职能及员工安置等。
- Carry out all functions in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- 根据公司制定的政策和程序执行各项职能。

RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述:
- Manpower planning makes sure all departments running properly in minimum labor cost.
- 人员安排,确保各部门的人员安排。
- Assist GM review all department duty roster
- 协助总经理对各部门的排班安排
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
- 了解并且清楚的知道所有的规章制度及培训。
- Ensure that’ll food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- 确保所有的食品摆放和标准
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating appositive, productive working environment.
- 确保达到公司所制定的成本,服务,品质的目标,为员工营造一个良好的工作环境
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

- Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.

- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

- Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures.

- Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, air and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
- Schedule the work and working hours of all staff in Unico It must be assured that adequate staff is scheduled for the daily operation in order to provide excellent service and proper staff to guest coverage at all times

- Keeps herself/ himself aware of up-coming activities / functions in Three on The Bund and within the community of Shanghai
- 对于在Three On The Bund内或上海同行业内将要发生的的活动、宴会,他或她都要及时了解。
- It is also responsible for the appearance, orderliness, cleanliness and proper set-up of Unico and the related areas
- 负责保持餐厅的外观整洁,餐厅内外及相关区域都井然有序。
- Assures that no soiled or damaged equipment or linen is used. Checks maintenance of the above and requests immediate repair or follow-up by the relevant departments
- 保证不使用破损的设备,及有污迹或破损的器具、桌布及餐巾。经常检查此类物品的情况,如发现有故障的设备,要及时联络相关部门进 行修复。对于有污迹或破损的器具、桌布及餐巾及时做处理,并联络相关部门进行补充。
- Supervises all Service Staff. Select staff for hiring, sets up training schedules, and conducts daily pre-operation staff briefing. Keeps records on discipline and merits, in order to remain impartial in the event of promotion and discharge of personnel
- 监督所有服务人员的工作。负责员工选拔。制定培训计划,主持每日晨会。对每位员工的工作表现做好记录,以便在日后的提升或解聘工作中有据可循,做到不偏不倚。
- Will report to the management any unusual incidents, which may occur

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have previous management experience (F&B operations, hospitality)
- 具有丰富的相关管理经验。
- Be good at computer skills, including word, excel, power point present and the other computer skill require
- 较强的电脑技能,包括word, excel 等其他的电脑技能。
- Willing to learn, and be able to against the pressure
- 有较强的学习意愿,并能承受压力。
- Have excellent written and verbal understanding of English

- Oversee and manage restaurant section including maintaining and updating bar and menu lists, and working with the kitchen to maintain the best quality food service
- 监督管理餐厅区域内的各项工作,包括维护更新菜单及酒单等,与厨房沟通协作以确保提供最高质量的食品服务。
- Oversee and manage restaurant section including but not limited to in store presentation, sourcing new products, initiating effective and timely in-store promotions, and working with storeman to control ordering, receiving and wastage
- 监督管理零售区域内的各项工作,包括但不仅限于店内宣传,新品拓展,及时高效地完成店内推荐,与仓管员沟通协作以控制定货,收货及消耗。
- Take charge and oversee store stocktaking procedures including reporting to fiaat the end of each month.
- 负责、监督店内存货盘点,包括每月底向总部提交相关报告。
- Conduct regular staff trainings including coordinating, developing and maintaining staff training within the store, and hiring new staff and/or giving hire recommendations to the Head Office

- Prepare and attend daily briefing and weekly operations meetings and relevant points auctioned
- 准备、负责店内的每日小结、每周运营会议及其他有关公司运营动向的相关会议。
- Maintain maintenance of the store, including but not limited to preparing and following maintenance schedules, ensure all the equipment in the store is in good condition and taking immediate action to fixing and solving maintenance problems.
- 负责店内各项维护。包括但不仅限于准备和完成维护日程;及时发现和解决各项维护问题以确保店内所有设备日常运转正常。
- Assist Events Coordinator with catering and events for UNICO including but not limited to general enquiries, set up, execution, breakdown and payment of events
- 与活动策划协调员沟通协作并提供支持。包括但不仅限于咨询、布置、操作、费用等。
- Have effective communication skills with employees, customers and guests, internal staff and senior management
- 具备有效的沟通技巧,包括与员工、客户、客人及高级管理人员。
