Responsibilities:？
Installation of new servers – Linux CentOS + kernel configuration + kickstart
Secure servers – users, permissions, firewall, sudo
Design and deploy Linux high-availability including LVS,HA,and ideally DRDB
Assist senior staffs to architect complex networks design (fully redundant / failover / HA)
Monitor servers using standard linux tools (top/ iostat / vmstat / sar / etc.)
Setup, manage and tune monitoring servers (Nagios / Cacti / Zabbix / etc.)
Manage and tune Web servers (apache – lighttpd – nginx) + PHP + rewrite rules
Manage and tune Database servers (MySQL – PostgreSQL – Replication troubleshooting)
Build, setup and tune Cisco Networking Devices (L3/L2 switches + Firewall)
Manage and secure VPN access (client to site + site to site)
Create and update accurate system documentation
Always provide excellent professional service to customers
Training novice Network administrators or operators
Share in off-hour/on-call duties

Qualifications:
At least 5, or 5+years (For standard, senior positions) of in-depth Linux system administration experience in production environment
Strong knowledge of Linux basic concepts, commands, and administration
Strong knowledge of server security, threats, and management
Experience with the most of the tools and systems listed above in Responsibilities
Experience troubleshooting problems in every server area such as crashes, stability, and performance
Be willing to do overtime job as needed for projects & production systems maintenance requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline is required
Strong analytical, problem solving, self study, teamwork and user support skills/attitudes are required, Fast learner and willing to learn
Acquainted with other web technologies such as MemCache, Squid, PerlBal, Varnish.
Familiar with other tools such as CFEngine,Subversion,and Tripwire
Good communicator, able to teach other staff key skills. Able to learn and summarize new techniques
Effective spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users, peers and management and provide technical leadership as needed
Knowledge of remote storage for NFS,SANs,SAMBA
Advanced knowledge of Xen (HVM - PVM) and VMware virtualization systems
Accurately estimate task time, and track the time for billing
Not afraid to ask questions
Through understanding of IP communications networks and their components, specifically for IP addressing, VLAN design, Routing, Layer 2 switching, DMVPNs, Access Lists, load balancing, and content switching
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of network troubleshooting practices and tools, and must have expert ability to configuration/administer routers, switches, and firewalls.

职位描述：
1.安装服务器 – Linux CentOS + kernel 配置 + kickstart
2.服务器安全 – 用户、权限、防火墙、sudo
3.计划部署Linux？高可用性，包括LVS，HA，DRDB
4.帮助上级完成复杂的网络设计 (完全冗余/故障迁移/高可用性)
5.用普通的linux命令查看服务器(top/iostat/vmstat/sar)
6.安装、管理、调试监控服务器(Nagios/Cacti/Zabbix)
7.管理、调试Web服务器(apache – lighttpd – nginx) + PHP + 重写规则
8.管理、调试数据库服务器(MySQL – PostgreSQL – Replication 排错)
9.安装、调试Cisco网络设备(3层/2层交换机 + 防火墙)
10.管理加固VPN( client to site + site to site)
11.撰写并更新系统文档
12.为客户提供专业的服务

任职资格：
1.3年及以上的Linux企业级生产环境系统管理。
2.深入理解Linux的基本概念、命令和管理。
3.深入理解服务安全，威胁和管理。
4.对上述列出的工作职责有相关管理工具的使用经验。
5.对于服务器的排错有一定经验。
6.可能由于工程和维护的需求，需要一些加班。
7.计算机科学、工程学相关专业本科以上学历。
8.有很强的分析解决问题的能力，自学能力以及团队协作能力。
9.熟悉其他网络技能如Memcache,Squid,PerlBal,Varnish
10.熟练使用其他的工具例如CFEngine、Subversion和Tripwire.？
11.良好的沟通能力，能够教授其他员工一些关键技能，能学习和总结新的技术
12.较好的中英文能力，能和客户良好交流，提供技术支持。
