Job Description of FQE Technician:

Job duty:
1. Visit customers and test on the failure disk drives by the tools requested.
2. Generate the report on the testing result and send it out to the supervisor engineer in the format file.
3. Swap the identified drive and send for FA.
4. In urgent cases, do preliminary failure analysis on selected failures, collect necessary data and logs for internal review.
5. On site process mapping and investigation to assist in root cause identification.
6. Perform WDDT Auto FA on FA drives.
7. Any other work that the supervisor engineer and customer requests.

Responsible:
1. 100% accurate testing, data collection and the report.
2. Full support the on-site analysis and failure swap.
3. Good relationship building with customers.

Qualification:
1. Degree holder, computer or EE major preferred.
2. High proficiency on computer and Office skill.
3. Good English proficiency, both reading and writing skills.
4. Be honest and able to work hard, OT, good to follow the supervisor instruction
