有MES经验优先考虑,至少具有.net开发经验
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to provide professional technical support to our partners and clients, to make their project implementation and production success.
Remotely troubleshooting and investigation for the reporting questions or issues and advise customer for the actions immediately or escalate to Support Leader for the unresolved issues, as owner to be responsible for the customer opened tickets.
Document the troubleshooting progress and detail actions, contribute to our troubleshooting database.
Keep learning the product and knowledge to fit the support skill set.
Requirements:
Degree in Computing Science, IT or Engineering or equivalent with 2 years above related working experience.
Experience and knowledge in manufacturing environment, especially in Semiconductor, Electronic, Solar relevant high-tech electronics industry would be plus.
Strong programming skills, in .net Framework 2.0 and 3.0, ASP.Net, VB/C#, XML, Java/VB Script.
Family with Oracle, SQL Server, SQL Query, PL/SQL stored procedure application maintenance.
The incumbent must have good analytical skills and good communication skills to solve complex technical issues with little or no guidance from more senior staff or management, be patient to communicate with partners and clients.
Strong customer communication, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills required.
Experienced with Camstar InSite Product would be plus.

远程对客户上报问题进行分析解决,及时建议客户采取有效的解决问题办法,或不能解决时上升到支持组长,作为客户上报问题的责任人负责客户问题的最终解决。
记录解决问题的过程及详细步骤,并归纳到问题解决历史数据库。
不断学习产品的新技术,以适应技术支持所需
要求:
2年以上IT/计算机工程师相关工作经验
有制造业的经验和知识,尤其半导体,电子,太阳能等高新产业经验者优先
精通.NET Framework 2.0, 3.0、ASP.Net, VB/C#, XML, Java/VB Script
精通Oracle, SQL Server维护,数据库SQL查询,存储过程等应用开发
要求有很好的分析能力很强的客户沟通的能力,能独立解决复杂的技术问题或通过支持组长少量协助解决,要求对合作伙伴和客户有很好的耐心。
