Job Title : Mechanical technician

Responsibilities Include:

-公司的各类机械运行设备的机械结构液压系统气动系统罐类管道，以 及物业进行检查。
-各类机械检查后发现的问题进行记录并做进一步确认。
-机械设备的定期的维护保养计划并根据生产部门的生产计划制定维修计划。
-各种机械设备的突发性故障以最快速度解决故障确保生产正常运行。
-备品备件计划管理做好各类备品备件的管理计划并制定表格。
-由发现问题者通过PMMS，BBS或告知维修部后由维修部作维修安排，维修结束后作记录,并由生产部门检查验收。
-与机械维修的外包工作人员一起处理各项工作。
-上级经理安排的其它工作。

Qualifications:

-具备五年以上在化工工厂的机械维修的工作经验.
-中专以上学历，机械工程或相关专业.
-工厂的EHS培训.LOTO培训.防爆知识培训.PLC控制操作培训.静电防护.
-电脑、OFFICE工具使用.
-具备基本的英语听说读写能力.
-ISO系统环境因素的关键岗位.
