ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Yes, upon work requirements
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure customer requirements are understood and met
+ Advanced Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including process definition, reading technical drawings, control plans, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and SPC/capability analysis and studies.
+ Inspection of incoming raw material and component parts for compliance with quality standards
+ Product identification and trace ability
+ Implementation, execution and optimization of processes and methods for monitoring of product quality in all manufacturing processe
+ Analysis of internal quality dates and reporting to the top management
+ Shipment inspections
+ Execution of the system/process for release of manufacturing equipment and measurement instruments calibration
+ Corrective and preventive action management, including root cause analysis and customer specific responses (8-D for example)
+ Solve problems with willingness to assertively confront people and situations in a constructive way to drive correction and improvement
+ Maintain and improve ISO/TS 16949- quality management system
+ Preparation and coordination of certification audits
+ Communicate internally and externally
Requirements:
+ Engineering background
+ Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience at automotive
+ Efficient perception also with complex issues
+ Good knowledge of quality methods and tools
+ Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Reliability and working independently
+ Good ability to communicate
+ Needs to be proactive and persevering
+ Flexibility and have the ability to work under pressure without losing balance
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
