Main responsibilities主要职责：

1.PTC Inventory control PTC存货控制

• PTC Monthly inventory report preparation
  编制PTC月度存货报表
• Analyze the changes of PTC inventory and follow up the slow moving materials
  分析存货的变化， 跟踪呆滞存货
• Conduct and Audit the stocktaking, review the result with plant and logistic manager, write stocktaking comments
  安排存货盘点， 和工厂，物流经理分析盘点结果并出具盘点报告

2. Production order cost analysis生产订单成本分析

• Supervise /check the goods issue in PTC production orders
  监督并检查PTC生产订单材料消耗情况
• Track and audit procedure and routing of manufacturing (SAP/physical)
  跟踪并检查生产流程的设定对成本的影响

3. COGS analysis产品销售成本分析

• Monthly COGS analysis by products, by customers
  月度产品销售成本分析

4. Planning and Budgeting计划和预算

• Assist in planning & budgeting, provide analytical support when requested
  协助编制计划和预算， 提供分析资料
• Provide the COGS by products as accurate as possible
  提供尽可能准确的产品销售成本
• Calculate the Man/Machine costs, and make proposal to allocate the process/overheads costs
  计算人工和机器工时， 建议其他费用的分配比例
• Input budget into SAP (Cost center costs, Activity type)
  在SAP中维护预算的信息 （成本中心费用预算， 人工费率， 机器费率， 成本摊销等）

Requirements 任职要求:

• College/University degree major in Accounting with business administration background
  专科或本科学历，会计专业或具有企业管理背景
• 3-5 years experience in related field with a multinational company, Auto parts industry is a plus
  在跨国公司相关岗位3-5年的经验, 有汽车零部件成本经验者更佳
• Analytical, highly motivated, strong business and people acumen, good interpersonal and communication skills
  善于分析， 积极主动， 思维敏捷，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
• Good command of English, Good in using MS office software package
  良好的英语能力，熟练使用办公系统软件
