This operation is scalable at 1 Coordinator per 3000 part numbers
General
Provides plant Engineering Change coordination
Supports BPD / Scorecard achievement
Processing of deviations to specs
Analysis of specification related issues
Internal Controls compliance for their functions
Safety
Follow all plant safety rules
People
Quality
Utilizes ECR SYSTEM for engineering change inquiry information
Coordinates the implementation of engineering changes
Creates and distributes ECO notification sheets
Communicates with supplier on change status
Maintains ECO log for each model year
Manages SAP activity for old/new part changes
Verifies Production Trial Run (PTR) status for all changes
Develops plant break points using the following criteria:
Supplier input
Plant reference
Engineering direction
Marketing request
Order Systems input
Finalizes breakpoints
Receives ECO from engineering and checks to make sure it has proper signatures before implementing
Interacts with ECR committee to communicate ECO effective date changes and release new ECO report
Attends PFEP meetings
Responsible for writing local specs for plant
Maintains ISO standards
Implements, monitors and maintains QPS elements

Makes disposition of interim obsolete material
Coordinates the disposal/return of replaced parts
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above
4 years experience in realted function
Fluent English
Good communication
