Mechanical Group Leader-Paint

Report to:Preventive Maintenance Manager

Job Scope

ü Technical support to subordinates in order to carryout Breakdowns Planned Repairs

ü To maintain working discipline ( Engineering practices ) in the dept.

ü Assign job to sub-ordinates for proper implementation repairing.

ü Carry out vibration monitoring using micro log and take corrective actions.

ü Develop spare part for import substitutes.

ü Ensure maximization of predictive and preventive maintenance and reduction in down time.

ü Identify spare parts, repair & maintain spare part requirements.

ü Maintain orderliness and cleanliness at workplace and working discipline

ü Carry out improvement maintenance, planned corrective maintenance

ü Install and Debug the machine starting problems.

Skill and Experience Required

ü Above 4 years experience in Maintenance function.

ü Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical.

ü Good Managerial / Supervisory Ability.

ü Good Theoretical and Practical Technical knowledge.

ü Ability of independent analysis, judgment and problem solving

ü PC knowledge, Windows applications such as Excel, word and Auto CAD
