职位描述:
主要工作职责Main Responsibility
1、负责所辖直产工段产品的装配工艺规程，工艺方案，工艺审查，工艺纪律，工艺培训等管理工作Take charge of managing works, like assembly process regulations, process solutions, process audit, process training and related management works or each zone in assembly shop.
2、负责所辖直产工段产品的装配工艺规程编制，修改工作Take charge of compiling or modifying process files
3、负责产品年度换型的工艺技术准备工作，必要时提出工装设计任务书，并参与工装的验收工作Participate in process preparing of model year, and have the ability to draw fixture design document, and participate in fixtures and tooling buy off procedure.
4、指导直产工人严格执行工艺培训，做好员工培训记录，对保证产品质量的各种工艺措施要文件化Give process training and direct on-line operators. Document all process elements that affect production safety directly.
5、生产现场的服务工作，及时处理生产中出现的技术问题，掌握主管产品零部件的工艺执行情况Serving function on site and deal with technical problem on line, be familiar with parameter of parts in each zone
6、与有关部门一道参与工艺纪律检查工作，掌握主管产品工艺纪律执行情况Participate into process supervising with ME department
7、负责零件变化维护与实施工作，保证其准时性，准确性的实施Take charge of managing data of parts to make sure status of parts on line is accurate and correct to assembled.
8、参与年度型/新产品的工艺性审查和工艺方案的制定工作 Participate in process evaluation of model year/new model and make process solution
9、参与QL1环节的工序质量控制工作，出现问题时及时分析原因并采取措施，将稳定措施纳入正式工艺文件Participate intoQL1build in process control, and analyze and give solution when problems occur, and introduce stable methods into process files
10 配合进行车辆质量问题的分析，实施分析过程，提出解决措施Cooperate with other engineers to complete analysis of quality issue, participate into problem solving process
11、CPA 考核中发现的5分项及9分项缺陷，分析问题，完成5why报告，制作单点课程文件，培训工位加工人，之后将单点课程发放至工位If there are FC 5 or FC9 issues in CPA, 1) engineer should analyze this issue;2) Complete 5-why report; 3) make single point lesson basic on each issue; 4)give training to all operators in the station
12、跟踪BITS状态，及时更新责任区BITS状态，联系其它部门工程师共同解决总装车间内的BITS问题，及时关闭BITS项 BITS management: track and update BITS items belongs to own field; Actively cooperate with relative engineers to work on BITS issues; Close own field BITS issues in time
13、定期维护责任区域的工艺信息及对应的文件Periodically maintain process information and corresponding document in own field.
14、车间内临时任务Other temporary tasks appointed by manager

任职条件Requirement
1、大学本科或以上学历，机械，汽车，自动化相关专业Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism, automobile, automatization or material science or relative fields.
2、2年以上汽车制造厂生产/制造工程部门或R&D部门的工作经验，熟悉汽车装配工艺，检测流程，熟悉总装车间内使用的各种检测设备，并可独立操作电检仪; 精益生产方面的工作背景，熟悉MPS; 熟悉工艺管理系统（FOW），并熟悉和制造工程，产品部，质量部间的工作流程 5 years or above working experience in production department, or ME dept., or R&D dept, Be familiar with assembly process, and inspection process; Be familiar with all kinds of testing devices in assembly shop, and has the capability to independently manipulate PORTY; Working experience in lean manufacturing, expertise in MPS; With ability to work with process document systems(FOW) and familiar with the interface between ME, PE and QM.
3、大学英语4级或以上，普通话及英语交流，且具备英文笔译能力； CET4 or above, strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
4、熟练使用MS Office及CAD软件；会操作CATIA软件Computer skills including competency in PC based office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and CATIA
5、工作独立性强，可以承受一定时期内较大工作压力，工作主动性强，可以灵活加班 High level of skill to work independently and capability to work under high pressure. High motivation and can work flexible according to production requirement
6、沟通能力强，具备一定的组织协调能力—可处理好复杂任务Strong communication ability, and with high level of organizational skills - ability to deal with multi-tasks.
