Job Scope
? Provides overall shop quality leadership, including quality system building up and management,quality improvement activities,pushing quality problems solving,reporting shop quality status to area manager and organizing shop quality meeting.
? Supports quality standards building up
? Supports and assures successful quality launch of the new Body-Shop and product programs
? Assures Body-Shop quality business objectives are met or exceeded
? Implement lean production principles, processes by built-in-quality principle
? Train and develop team members
Skill and Experience Required
? Candidate must have held similar position in body-shop at another automotive OEM for at least 3-5 years
? Candidate must have in depth lean manufacturing 'working knowledge' with a track record of successful implementation
? Candidate must have in depth TS16949 or QS9000 'working knowledge'
? Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
? Candidate must have English speaking ability.
? Candidate must have team oriented leadership skills
? Candidate must have a Bachelor/Master degree. Engineering preferred
