Pre-Series and Launch Manager 物流部 - 投产经理
General
Represents the department in various activities or committees as required
Keeps liaison with the plant Material Director and establishes a regular meeting schedule.
Administers internal control audits
Participates in the regular review meetings to facilitate common process coordination between programs and reports
for program status updates
Develops standardized work
Coordinates Material suggestions (coordinates follow-up on Materials suggestions)
Supports production organization
Attends plant planning meetings and represents the Material Department
Represents the Material Department in the design of facility changes
Coordinates the departmental master plan and maintains timelines
Reports planning activities and progress to management
Disseminates new model and interim change product and process information
Coordinates facility changes with plant engineering
Participates on the Plant Planning team
Supports the Plan For Every Part Team
Follows the Business Plan Deployment Process and maintains all associated documents
Supports all administrative office activities
Training Coordination
Internal Controls compliance for their functions

Quality
Maintains ISO Standards
Supports the plant layout development representing material handling noting requirements, issues, and concerns and
takes care about inclusion of QPS strategies.
Assists in defining material handling equipment requirements for Manufacturing to be included in the program for cost
commitments (i.e. lift tables, tilt tables, roller racks, etc.)
Supports the Manufacturing Wall to document the program supply chain strategy
Works with the central containerization team to ensure appropriate buy-off signatures are obtained and that the
delivery is completed to support from PTO onwards.
Oversees process to establish industrial mobile equipment requirements working with central logistics planner
(includes fork trucks and/or tuggers)
Works with 3rd party manager and sequencing suppliers on plant processes and systems requirements

People
Assists in training and developing of supervisors
Coordinates safety and ergonomics issues for the department
Develops and trains people

Respnsiveness
Attends daily/weekly/monthly meetings and reviews as required for material input and/or status (i.e. quality valves,
readiness reviews, layout meetings, manufacturing walls, etc.)
Coordinates the status of material deliverables for the Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR)
Monitors department goals (quality, cost, efficiency, etc.) and assists groups as required to support constant improvement in these areas
Supports changes to improve existing conditions (routings, tooling, facilities, material) and communicate requirements through implementation
Implements and maintains external and internal competitiveness
Supports to ensure that containers are obtained and delivered by suppliers in time
Develops and maintains material routing, footprint and flow for in-plant functional evaluation and the manufacturing
validation builds through acceleration.
Tracks and reports the part status for the various builds during the program launch cycle and develops a plan with
Material Control and Material Handling for containment of pre-production materials and obsolete parts and ensure the
latest parts are available for each MVB.
Supports the plant in the development and execution of a material plan for concurrent builds (if applicable)
Facilitates material kitting for MVB
Oversees the validation of the material packaging, the containers and the return route process by the central
containerization team

Cost
Annual Business Plan Development
Disseminates new program and change requirements to staff members (Format, due date's etc.)
Documents plans/ideas for future years plans.
Participates in departmental/functional Gap Closure Planning Process
Involves Department Planning Coordinators, where appropriate
Monitor the scorecard reporting process
Coordinates suggestion proposals
Involved in Continuous improvement process with 3rd party operations
Supports Annual Physical Inventory and regular inventory cycle checks.
Coordinates the development of the program cost commitments for material with central logistics planning teams to
ensure estimates are complete and timing requirements are met.
Works with the central logistics team to establish program target freight costs, cost commitments and to resolve
related transportation studies and issues
Provides assembly plant input into the sourcing recommendation process through the central Logistics Planner.
