Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
？ Take Responsibility for daily mechanical and electrical maintenance Works.
？ Holding Daily meeting to assign the routine and PM work.
？ Do a good patrol every day to monitor all equipment in good condition, plan and fix the problem immediately if find. Double check all the works have been done according to the check lists and the records have been done properly.
？ Check all tasks has been followed and closed on time.
？ Necessary feedback information from technicians. Conduct new technicians be in role quickly.
？ Under the instruction of Department Manager to supervise/coordinate the external contractor work. Assist E&I engineer implement the improvement project.
？ Have good customer service orientation; good communicate with other Department in proper way.
？ Have strong responsibility to keep the all factory in good condition, including all facility, utility, equipment Etc. Leading the daily 5S work for maintenance activity. And keep a good 5S result in maintenance responsibility area.
？ Have a good safety behaviour, conduct all the daily maintenance work in safety way. Holding weekly safety topic training and record.

Requirements for Job:
？ High School degree or above，major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
？ 8 years or above equipment management experience and 3 years supervisor experience
？ Familiar with safety management for Chemical plant.
？ Have good maintenance experience for Mechanical and Electrical equipment in typical Chemical Plant.
？ Have electrical certification for operation.
？ Have good communication skills with other Dept.
？ Have good skill for AUTOCAD, basic IT knowledge.
