Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
-Overall responsibility for quality control of products in the site.
-Ensure equipment/instruments in QC lab are safe and effective according to companies' HSE rules.
-Maintain the ISO system and ensure all department work in compliances with our quality program.
-Control the quality of finished goods and raw material according to ISO and Group formulation specification ;
-Supervise production batch if necessary - for product investigation or process improvement etc.;
-Organize the investigation in response to customer's complaints;
-Manage colour matching and confirm the colour versus standard;
-Evaluate SPC data, prepare monthly QC report;
-Right First Time process improvement;
-To ensure manpower availability in QC/QA team.
-Other matters arranged by superior.

Requirements:
Requirements for Job
-Bachelor degree or above, Chemical background is preferred
-5 years or above work experience in QC department is necessary, at least 2 years management experience.
-Good communication skill
-Can work under pressure
-Familiar with MS office software, SPC etc, MFG/Pro
-Sufficient English skills in reading and writing Good English read and write is necessary
-Painting industry experiences is preferred.
-Ability to manage team; -Sensitive with data;
-Ability to optimize process;
-QC/QA system related experiences.
