Requirement:
1: At least 5 years experiences in facility area of optical/semiconductor manufactory,be familiar with HVAC/Clean room management. The experience of HVAC/Clean room design would be plus. Bachelor degree or above; and major in HVAC or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
2: Specific knowledge on visual management.5S and related local SOP etc in Facility Management required for assignment.
3. Familiar with utility equipments (Clean room system, air compressor, fire fighting system, and building maintenance, water treatment etc)
4: Strong skill on coordination, analytical, judgment, communication and troubleshooting.
5: Good Chinese/English capability for communication and documentation.Master software of AutoCAD and MS-office, good computer skills.
6: Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit,flexible.

Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the HVAC engineering work independently, follow up new plant HVAC/Clean room system, participate and support in installation, commissioning,acceptance and qualification. Write IQ/OQ/PQ documents for new plant HVAC/Cleanroom system qualification if necessary, and execute inspection and test for related items like: temperature, humidity, pressure and related items.
2. Write ISO documents for new plant HVAC/Clean room system to guide facilities operation/maintenance/stock of spare part control etc.
3. Issue maintenance and preventative maintenance plans for HVAC/cleanroom and all related systems, execute it and keep the required records compliant and available.
4. Be responsible for an adequate reaction on abnormal conditions and emergencies, and keep compliant records of deviations and actions. Develop subordinates skill and knowledge by on job coaching.
5. Coordinates with different departments to fulfill the facility objectives, such as new production line/equipment installation, new workshop's expansion etc.
