Responsibility:
Technically lead and participate in the product development and improvement;
Control R&D project from time, quality, cost etc. aspects;
Build up and manage engineering team, allocate resources according to the project /customer requirement.
Requirement:
Major in Engineering, emphasis on mechanical design or systems engineering;
Candidate has designed complex assemblies, including control systems, PLC, mechanical elements such as motors, pumps, etc.; fluid or vacuum systems.
Should have leadership and managerial experience, experience building teams and demonstrated success in product development and leading a team composed of various disciplines – Mechanical, electrical, software, etc. Experience with power electronics is a plus, but not required.
Good oral and written communications skills, including in English. Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
