TITLE: SQA Engineer III (Senior Level)

GENERAL SUMMARY: The SQA Engineer conduct the audit to evaluate the process compliance & effectiveness, monitor project quality to identify project risk and quality trend, report the findings to SQA manager. Participant in the process improvement by updating or creating process and conduct process trainings.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project QA Rep –40%
? Work effectively with project managers and project team members to ensure the project team follow the process
? Develop project quality plan together with project manager
? Participant in the project meetings to understand the project status
? Review typical project work products to evaluate the quality
? Generate weekly project tracking report and release to project manager
? Report the project findings to SQA manager
? Develop project quality report at each milestone
? Conduct QA Release
? Collect process improvement suggestions and lessons learnt from project team
? Coach junior SQA on the project monitoring and related knowledge
2. Audit–20%
? Conduct effective audit based on Bleum quality processes and security processes
? Generate NCs and follow-up to close
? Coach junior auditors on the process and audit skill
? Evaluate and qualify auditor candidate
? Generate audit plan & audit report, analyze NCs and escalate issues to managers
3. Process Improvement–30%
? Generate process or update process
? Leading PAT team to do the process improvement
? Conduct process training & CMMI internal training
4. Metrics Analyzer–10%
? Collect metrics from various inputs
? Conduct metrics analysis and generate metrics baseline report


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

? Knowledge of CMM/CMMI L5
? Knowledge on various Software life cycle, RUP is preferred
? Knowledge of PMBOK
? Knowledge on other quality system, like TSP, PSP, Six Sigma etc.
? Knowledge of ISO27001 is preferred

2) Experience:
? Must have 1+ year experience in software engineering area as developer, tester or business analyzer
? Must have at least 3+ years experience as SQA in a commercial software/Internet company, with 1+ year experience in a CMM/CMMI 5 company
? Must have at least 1+ year experience with process improvement as SEPG/EPG member
? Must have a working knowledge of project management & software engineering
? Must have a working knowledge of process improvement
? Must have a working knowledge of CMM/CMMI Level 5
? Knowledge on ISO27001 or ISO20000 is preferred

3) Minimum educational level:
? B.S. Computer Science or equivalent

· 负责推动项目开发过程规范/项目管理规范的有效执行；
· 对项目开发与项目管理过程进行检查与审计，发现偏差并给出合理改进建议；

任职资格：

· 良好的沟通能力。
· 本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业。
