岗位职责：
1、土建图纸的会审及改进意见的提出；
2、土建项目技术标书的编写；
3、施工现场土建工作的工程进度及质量控制；
4、工程变更的确认及施工的协调；
5、土建项目图纸的整理和完善；
6、土建项目质量的验收和交付。

任职资格：
1、大学专科以上学历，工业与民用建筑类相关专业；
2、至少8年以上相关工作经验；
3、大型石油化工项目的施工经验；
4、拥有土建项目设计经验者优先。
