Senior Process Engineer – Machining (高级CNC工艺工程师)

Work in the Turbine casing Machining operation, and support the organization’s equipment programming needs
Primary method of programming to be done in NX CAM in support of large lathes, Horizontal Boring Mills, and other CNC equipment
Provide NC Programs, methods and technical support to the shop as required
Develop tooling solutions, as needed, both cutting tools and fixturing
Use state-of-the-art manufacturing concepts, including standard work, statistical process control, and employee involvement concepts
Integrate new concepts that can help in the assignment of both equipment hardware and software as related to computer build technology, advanced process capability and material handling concepts
Responsible for definition and deployment of Post process for CNC equipment to meet machining strategy.
Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI)
Manage component process qualification plans and schedule and ensure processes are developed which deliver highest product quality and meet design criteria
Provide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams and mentor others in the organization
Monitor the process from Tooling management, CNC programming & verification, data upload and download to machine tools.
Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and tasks
Actively support the safety, quality, and productivity goals of the operation


Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role
At least 3 years of experience in Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine tools CNC / computer assisted programming experience
At least 1 year experience in Simens and Fanac CNC system and NX CAD/CAM
Strong project management skills and success in leading cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
