Textile Garments Production Controller :

PC ensures the quality of the manufacturer site installations is consistent with the company's policy requirements together with national and international standards and the client specifications.

She/he must possess good planning, presentation and organizational skills, the vision to identify quality improvement opportunities and the ability to achieve results through self motivation, team working and strong willing to travel within China..

She/he possess an influential character with a high drive to succeed , must also have the ability to communicate well at all levels within the quality and commercial scopes .The position also involves good command in English and Mandarin

She / he reports to the Operation Manager and work closely with commercial PM.

Supplier/ manufacturer validation : Coordination of supplier/ manufacturer quality approvals,

1. Perform factory/ social/ environmental assessments on manufacturers in line with our requirements

l Analyze the quality of manufacturer in terms of quality management system (raw materials, production, quality control, final product, etc.) on site, and making conclusion.

l Analyze the social management system of manufacturer (policy of recruitment, working hours, working environment, health and safety, etc.) on site, and making conclusion

l Analyze the environmental management system of the manufacturer (water, waste, air, noise, energy, pollution, hazardous substance, etc.) on site, and making conclusion.

l Perform compliance gap analysis (CGA) and supplier global assessment (SGA)

l Assure the manufacture which will be used compliance with Auchan requirement.

l follow up through corrective action plan and review of supplier quality plans against CAP requirement

• Organize PP meeting

2. Check and record manufacturers' production capacity.

• Analyze capacity of production on site by main product lines and estimate our potential volume contribution to manufacturer's yearly production
• Analyze manufacturer ability to work on fast fashion or reorder process (if already experienced with other clients ,and with full administrative and production process from order to shipment).
• Analyze risk of subcontracting to invalidated manufactory

3. Shared Responsibility with PM for manufacturer's validation after performing inspections on site.

• Responsible for manufacturer's validation data maintenance in our IT system.
• Complete and coordinate the approval of the manufacturer's sites to client's quality representatives.

On line inspection: Supervise suppliers/ manufacturers production control and quality standards performances with the objective of permanent improvement of supplier's final inspection " passed ":ratio

1. Control manufacturers capacity of production is in accordance with our forecasted volume of the season.

• Follow up orders status with factories merchandisers and initiate necessary action to avoid delays of production.
• On site record partnered factory's capacity of production and our volume occupation rate.
• Occasionally take part in supplier audit and surveillances

2. Manage, educate and monitor partnered factories on quality management:

• Control of on site and off site supplier QA/QC management system.
• Ensure all our quality control documentation is complied and completed for efficient hand over to partnered factories.
• Timely distribute updated relevant quality control documentation to suppliers and partnered factory.
• Insure all suppliers are controlled during each season with the objective to implement and improve their quality management system
• Develop and implement systems to analyze product/process risk in development stage and develop procedures to mitigate potential production issues.

3. Review of site purchase orders (with commercial merchandisers) to ensure that the applicable requirements are met.(Production control) and pick up a part of SPUDI sample of CIT on site

• Review if there is specific clients specification and undertake relevant training to the supplier QA/ QC .
• Monitor inspection, test programs and quality control procedures on line with requirements.
• Organize schedule of On Line inspection with manufacturers/ suppliers
• Timely ensures materials ( fabrics, trims, accessories, labelling, packaging ) are timely ordered , manufactured, tested, certified and ready to ship to desired quality standards:
  (Control points Cutting reports / Stitching quality / Embroideries, prints / Washing,/ hand feel / Measurements / Final aspects of goods /size and quality of packaging / Shipping marks are in accordance with Final inspection file.)
• Perform pre inspection based on technical files to ensure passed final inspection
• Pick up part of SPUDI sample of CIT on site

Final Inspection validation :

1. Responsible for supervision of Inspections required by clients .

• Manage the day to day personal issues that are associated with quality inspection coordinators.
• Keep up to date on latest compliance and testing European standards.
• Knowledge in Safety standards and compliance issues in China manufacturing
• Handling all quality issues with PM and client's quality representatives.

2. Continuously recommend and implement quality improvements:

• Participate in external site audits and Coordinate inspections through the QCPF .
• Improve supplier qualification process and develop a supplier quality score card / tracking system.
• Supporting commercial team on techniques
• The position also involves setting up and providing quality training for collaborators and supplier's personnel
