1. Collect and update new EHS regulations and rules and analyze the potential impact to the plants in China.
2. Facilitate the teleconferences, meetings and training sessions with site EHS personnel, and keep relevant documents such as meeting minutes and training documentations.
3. Provide various EHS training (such as new employee EHS orientation, office 5S inspection, Hazcom, etc.).
4. Assist in compiling various audit/inspection reports and track the progress in completing the corrective actions.
5. Assist the site EHS personnel on the EHS permitting, EDD process and office IAQ issues.
6. Coordinate and assist site visits by Corporate and BU EHS staff.
7. Maintain EHS webpage/share folders in TE China and assist in translating key TE EHS requirements and forms into Chinese document.
8. Coordinate and track the progress on dorm and canteen inspections and drills for the sites in China. Participate in standard setting/revison and audit.
9. Sit in various meetings or conference calls for Asia EHS Director when he/she is not available.
10. Mining EHS data in corporate share folders and Database to generate various reports for tracking and improvement purposes in A/P region. Participate in EHS program effectiveness evaluation and continuous improvement processes.
11. Conduct survey for the training needs and assist sites in understanding of the data reporting and EHS programs/requirements (such as injury recordkeeping, safety requirements, ergo assessment, H&S Framework. BBS, TERA, etc.)
12. Conduct other EHS duties as needed.

English fluency in writing and speaking.
BS degree and major in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Industrial Hygiene / Safety Engineering preferred.
Good inter-personal and communication skill.
Knowledge in TE's EHS Database and reporting requirements
