Major responsibilities:
1. Pricing management
2. Contract management
3. Sales Activities Support
Responsibilities:
1. Pricing Management
(i) Provide the reference price to sales for quotation according to the fixed approach.
(ii) Record the quotations which are offered by sales.
(iii) Review the expired price monthly and annually and adjust them to meet marketing requirement.
2. Contract Management
(i) Help team members to coordinate with the internal functional teams regarding any contracts requirement from customers; and collect and filtrate the comments from both internal and external sides in order to smooth the contract review process.
(ii) Help team members to manage and sign the related contracts, such as: LOI, logistic agreement etc. with customers in order to protect the biz and avoid an risk in the future.
(iii) Establish and maintain the document filing system in order to ensure the signed contracts should be recorded and carried out accordingly.
3. Sales Activities Support
(i) Consolidate the sales datas/monthly reports/presentations for Account Manager review.
(ii) Apply samples per sales requests.
(iii) Organize the regular meeting and make an efficient tracking system for the open issues in order to smooth the sales activities.
(iv) Organize team building activities in order to improve the team members' relationships and team's strength.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Above one year working experience as sales admin function.
3. Good oral and written in English.
4. Good computer skills at MS tools.
5. Keep eyes on detail, excellent communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure.
7. Working experiences in MNC is a plus.
