Overview
Manages and Supports LEANPD setup & Rollout in assigned area of responsibility with the objective of achieving new product development process standardization, accelerating and better execution within the GAD China and global project engineering strategies and guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Manages and Supports LEANPD
1, Setup of LENAPD Support structure for all involved parts of the organization
2, Setup & execute training for all LEANPD relevant parts of the organization
3, Active support in creation of CPPs for PAC meeting reviews
4, Tracking the projects status in Program central and monitor the actions according to phase release
5, List the projects for regular AP and GNP PAC review, organize the project information and CPP file
6, Interaction as focal point of recent actions in LEANPD for the organization

- Document control and process optimization
1, Standardize and control the documentation in LEANPD and program central
2, Create and optimize the process related with LEANPD, APQP and Project management
3, Improve the tools and structure of Program central

- Other assignments
1, CAPEX budget plan and tracking
2, GEMIS plan and monitoring
3, Responsibility of project related / accompanied training of employees


Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Major in mechanical engineering.
- Total Working experience: 5 years
- Project management experience:3 years
- Integrity, logical thinking, communication skills, pressure management skills, leadership, strong knowledge in mechanical engineering.
