The HR SAP Data Administrator will report to HR Operation and Process Supervisor. The role has the responsibility to support the setup of the China HR Operation centre. It involves the design, define and the implementation of the newly developed HR System centralized data management model. By setting up the China HR Operation centre, it supports the preparation for the broader HR Operations & Systems transformation to be implemented in China.

He/she is responsible for HR data maintenance cycle and all regular reporting for China after the implementation.

Key responsibilities of the job:

Be responsible for SAP HR data maintenance for employee life cycle

Be responsible for the data collection and validation

Be responsible for data integrity and periodic audit activities

Be responsible for the regular SAP HR reporting

Qualifications & Special skills required:

Bachelor Degree

1 - 2 years of experience in HR/C&B related function

HR application system experience is a must, SAP HR experience is preferred

Competencies required:

Logical thinking and process oriented

Detailed minded & attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, complex environment

Good interpersonal skills
