职位描述
Responsiblities and Qualifications:
1. Supervision and implement supplier quality control;
2. To improve supplier quality through SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request);
3. Supplier quality system Audit and production process Audit; ;
4. Supplier quality monitoring and controling, statistics and evaluate of goods quality;
5. Handling the quality problem from supplier promptly;
6. Evaluate the performance of supplier quality, ranking and developing,attend to make scorescard;
7. Follow quality manual and procedures.
Take part in the internal audit.
Prepare the action plans and take the actions for the findings of internal audit.
All QC related document and records are properly documented,in order to ensure self activities fully compliance with corporate policies.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in electric/mechanical engineering or equivalent educational backgroud;
2.Sufficient work experiences (at least 4 ~5years) in supplier quality assurance field,with molding/stamping/die casting/coating knowledge ;optical fiber knowlede is preferred;
3.Knowledge of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA is preferred;
4.Have related experience of internal audit/complaint handling;
5.Good skill in English (written and oral)is preferred;
6.Open mind,energetic and team oriented personality preferred.
7.Good communication skill and team work spirit.
Implement the Regional SQA strategies with the objectives of tracking and improving supplier quality performance, performing supplier audit, developing supplier capability from quality system management perspective within TE's quality policies/guidelines and Regional SQA Manager's supervision.
Supplier Audit
(i) Perform various supplier assessments, including quality, product compliance (RoHS/REACH), Supplier Social Responsibility, etc, as requested by BUs/Corporate functions
(ii) Perform the re-audit and/or follow up audit
(iii) Perform the supplier audit with specific quality improvement purpose
(iv) Support SQA manager to develop the supplier assessment criteria for various industries
Supplier Development
(i) Support SQA manager to develop the supplier development process
(ii) Develop and deploy the improvement projects at key suppliers to improve supplier overall performance and increase productivity
(iii) Support to organize and conduct the key supplier quality performance review
(iv) Support supplier training for TE system/requirements/initiatives
Supplier Quality Performance Improvement
In line with the global quality guidelines, lead, support, implement and facilitate initiatives and processes established in order to achieve regional/global supplier quality KPI by working with the SQA in TE China locations
Specific Project Support:
(i) Assist LCC sourcing supplier development and qualification to meet BU specific quality and/or industrial requirements to achieve LCC goals.
(ii) Support BU specific requests in critical quality issues solving
Requirements
Engineering or Business-related Bachelor
over 5 years working experience with Quality management experience in multinational companies
Business acumen, strong communication and negotiation skills, Leadership, creativity, bilingual language skills (English and Chinese), presentation skills, patient, influencing skills, inflation sensitivity, high EQ
