职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
? Single point of contact for pre/post sale activity/status for Telecom Intercompany customer in APAC.
? High availability for customer contact to ensure timely and accurate response to all inquiries.
? Manage all orders from placement to closure, and follow up with resolutions where expectations are not met. Customer/project/order management and issue resolution including:
- Process customer order, and response to customer order status check in a timely manner
- Process and follow up expedite/escalation request. Coordinate with internal parties to improve on time delivery performance;
- Manage Dropshipment request as per authorized request
- Create DN, TO in a timely manner
- Provide hard copy documents to logistic for shipping & customs clearance arrangement
- Provide tracking documets (B/L,etc) upon request
- Research, resolve, and advise of all orders or situations where expectations are not met
- Manage overall orders issue resolution, and escalation authority on all customer issues
? Create SA for stock requistion purpose
? Manage custome complaint/return request, and follow up with other functional group to ensure of customer satisfaction
? RMA/CR/DR/FOC handling and follow up
? Regular backlog review and overdue backlog clean up
Sales Administration
? Customer master application & maintenance
? Request and coordinate material master creation into SAP system;
? Thorough knowledge/understanding of procedure/process/system, support process improvement effort as per required
? Keep sales document and filings in well order and management as per company requirement
? Thorough working knowledge/understanding of groups or markets backed up. Provide active assistance and backup to others when needed.
? Demonstrate ability to work beyond department boundaries.
? Report monthly delivery performance of operation; Analyze the late shipment in the report.
? Review shipment againts FCST data
Qualifications:
? Associate's Degree or above
? 3+ years Customer Service experience in a business to business environment preferred.
? Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems preferred.
? Computer skills including Data Entry and knowledge of Windows operating system a must.
? MS Excel proficiency preferred.
? Knowledge of ERP system preferred.
? Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking
? Knowledge of import and export process and custom regulation by territory preferred
?The individual must have good communication skill, Accountability,Team work spirit,Coherent and orderly, Interpersonal skills, Persistence,Ethics and Integrity.
