Responsibilities:
General Summary:
-Manager and develop distributor in the designated area.
-Fulfill the individual sales target. Observe the market and industry to develop new customers and set up new channels. Build up key account system in the region.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITI
-Achieve the individual sales target .Develop and maintain the key account customer.
-Visit customers and distributors regularly and establish good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments.
-Provide necessary information for preparing bidding documents. Work out project bidding strategy with supervisor and get resources from other supporting functions such as Product Marketing, Proposal & Estimate, and Logistics & Supply in order to win the bid.
-Demonstrate professionalism and serve as role model for distributors and end customers. -Provide distributor and customer with up-to-date information (products, prices, documentation, track records). -Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion( i.e workshops, seminar, roadshow and etc ), guide the customer and make added value to the customer.
-Organize the product and sales training for distributor regularly. Collect the feedback from distributor and customer. -Organize the distributor regular meeting in the region per month. Include the sales forecast, stock arrangement, feedback of opinion.
-Collect competitive information and provide industry/market development trend to help senior sales management formulate business strategy.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Required: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and 3 or more years of experience in sales function.
-Distributor and key account manager experience preferred.
-Minimum 3 years working experience in a multinational company
-Has a good command of English skill in reading & writing, even in speaking
-Has a good command of computer skill in Microsoft office
-Extensive travel and extended hours as required.
