Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. HR Strategy and benchmark

1) Define the business needs for HR in the respective Sales Region in conjunction with HR Management

2) Translate the above mentioned needs into a strategy and year plan

2. Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits

1) Lead/implement “P4P” system in Region, responsible for performance review, talent review and development consulting, track/improve employer brand internally

2) Oversee the overall manpower plan and sales productivity to support business operation

3) Support and implement C&B policy and ensure which align within corporate guidelines

3. Recruitment

1) Partner with business leaders and staffing team to develop proper recruitment plan to attract, and retain talent at optimum cost

4. Employee Administration & Relations

1) Manage the daily HR operations

2) Support the implementation and execution of HR related projects

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. 6+ years Human Resource Generalist Background with at least 3 years experience in the HR management position level

2. Hands-on HR Experience in sales-oriented organization

3. Active thinking and positive attitude in fulfill role and responsibility as change facilitator, and business advisor

4. Comprehensive communication skill and business understanding, and can work under pressure

5. Good team work spirit

6. For any experience of working in the FMCG industry would be highly preferred

7. Bachelor degree or above/ Fluent use of PC/Good command of English both oral and written
