工作职责：
1、 负责销售合同及其他文件资料的管理、归类、整理和建档工作
2、 数据信息的管理与维护，提供销售相关报表制作
3、 与销售人员及客户建立良好的沟通关系，掌握销售人员动态及业绩状况
4、在部门内提供其它必要的销售市场和行政支持及协调安排

基本要求：

1、大专以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验
2、 良好的中英文写作及口语表达能力
3、熟悉常用办公软件，尤其Excel、Word及PPT
4、 细致认真，协作性强，良好的人际沟通，独立

1、Responsibility:
- Prepare, classify, file and admin all sales contracts and other documents
- Update and maintain sales data system, and generate sorts of sales reports for management’s reference
- Keep good relationship with internal and external team members and clients, Chase and update sales status;
- Provide other sales, marketing and office admin supports to the team members

2、Qualification:
- College or above, 1+ year working experience in relevant position;
- Good command of spoken and written English skill;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word & PPT
- Sense of responsibility and team spirit, detail oriented, good interpersonal skills, independently
