• Daily import, export logistics activities operations and control;
• Import/export operations support, such as declared information preparation, HS code classification, customs clearance, etc.;
• Managing & controlling the KPI performance of service partners, such as freight forwarders, import agents;
• Good communication and cooperation with internal relevant functions and external service partners;
• Documents collection & filling; Working out Import/export reports and analysis.
• Daily ERP system maintenance;
• Other assigned work by superior.
• Bachelor's degree holder preferably in International trading or relevant majors.
• Solid experience of import and export operations, trading, logistics or relevant jobs.
• Knowledge and used to work with ERP systems.
• Good computer skills (e.g. MS office).
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
