- 根据工艺参数卡调整机器的参数设定，确保生产出合格无缺陷的产品

- 协助工艺工程师维护/更新注塑工艺参数卡

- 协助进行模具的日常维护和保养工作

- 协助解决现场注塑工艺的相关问题

- 注塑机操作工的培训

- 相关的注塑机的维护和保养

- 车间的5S工作

- 确保岗位操作流程符合该岗位作业指导书上的要求，确保产品质量，以满足客户的要求

- 中技或相关职业技术学校以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验

- 了解和熟悉注塑材料及工艺

- 了解进口注塑机（DEMAG）的结构及其相关辅助设备

- 爱岗敬业，工作认真细心，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧

- 能适应倒班及加班
