Position: Engineering Assistant工程助理
Report To: Manufacture Engineering Manager制造工程经理

工作概要
辅助并配合工艺工程师完善工艺流程，辅助工艺工程师落实产品工程更改的执行，及时收集生产线对工艺的改进意见并反馈于工艺工程师，并协助工艺工程师完成持续改进工作，做好相应的书面记录。


主要任务和职责
1. 收集工艺可行性数据，及时向工艺工程师反馈新设备、新工装/工具、新量具的测试使用情况，以确保新设备和工装符合安全、人机工程和质量的要求。
2. 新产品启动过程中，协助工艺工程师完成所有工艺文件的编制、工艺数据的收集，并培训指导直接工的工艺操作，以达到新产品操作要求。
3. 辅助工程师分析工程更改，制定工程更改执行计划并实施；并保存更改执行纪录。
4. 辅助工程师分析工时、效率、材料利用率等的持续改进，参与部门持续改进工作。
5. 运用5S保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。
6. 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001标准的相关条款，并承担公司BOS文件所规定的相关责任。
资格和要求
1. 大学本科学历，理工科专业，一年以上工作经验
2. 英语良好，听说读写优异
3. 具有良好的学习和动手能力，沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
4. 熟悉产品，善于发现问题、报告问题；
