Position: Measurement Technician测量技术员
Report To: Measurement Engineer测量工程师
Summary工作概述：根据测量工程师的任务安排，确定测试/测量方案，完成检测任务，完成相应记录和编写报告。
主要任务和职责
1. 熟悉所分管试验类型的试验方法和评判要求，按时完成检测任务包括定位测试工具、识别测试零部件、调整测试的工夹具、独立搭建试验台架等，并完成检测记录，根据检测数据撰写基本的检测报告。
2. 设计简易夹具，并辅助测量工程师制定设备操作工作指导书，确保设备正常运行。
3. 协助测量工程师，确定测试方案并转化为实验室的试验方法SOP。
4. 按职责做好分管试验设备、器具、工装、工具的日常保养，协助维修工程师/测量工程师进行设备的日常维护保养、检定和调试等工作。
5. 运用5S保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。
6. 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001标准的相关条款，并承担公司体系文件所规定的相关责任。
资格和要求
1. 中专及以上学历，机械及相关专业
2. 一年及以上测量工作经验，会使用三坐标和投影仪优先
3. 执行力强，学习和动手能力强
4. 具备一定的计算机运用能力（如OFFICE等软件）和操作指令的英文辨识能力
5. 该岗位需适应翻班。
