Responsibility:

1.Visit designers, real estate developer, system installer etc. To introduce and promote Somfy`s motorization/home automation solutions.
2.Give presentations and meet with client as necessary and appropriate
3.Follow up the project process and assist the delivery 4.Negotiate with client for fee structures, time frame, and other details
5. Organize and coordinate bidding activities 6.Prepare periodic reports for manager and senior management on the status of target prospects, key customer relationships and forecast of industry trends.

Qulity

1.College degree or above
2.5 years working experience,prefering with foreign company experience of Business Development funtion in building related field;A weak electric control indurstry experience is preferred. 3.Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness, with analytical thinking ability on a strategic level and ability to frame project models in cooperation with clients.

4. Not afraid of hard work; face up to challenge; modest and eager to learn; be able to summarize /improve/promote in daily work; have good team work spirit 5.work close with other departments with proactive and cooperation attitude

6.Open to flexible working hours and domestic/international travel
7.Good English level for writing and speaking
