Job Description
1 Develop business and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
2 Work closely with distributor or agent on involved customers, and work independently on direct accounts
3 Maintain current customers and grow more business, coordinating sales order, service, delivery, A/R, etc
4 Explore new customers and markets, new growth points and business opportunities
5 Consolidate feedback from customers on products and services for continuous improvement

6 Well understand the products and techniques, in order to identify the customer needs, and turn into sales

opportunity and sales orders

7 Extensive traveling is required



Qualifications


?1 BS degree or equivalent in science or engineering
?2 6 years sales experience, preferably for RF components of interconnection
?3 Effective communication and presentation skills
?4 Fluent in written and spoken English
?5 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
?6 Must be a self-starter with enthusiastic attitude
?7 High level of attention to serving the customer
