Senior Manager

Corporate Partnerships & Business Development Greater China


GMS Group is looking to recruit a dynamic Business Development professional to support the company’s rapid expansion in Greater China and secure corporate partners for an international hotel brand with focus on revenue generation, building and managing relationships with corporate and hotel partners. This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President in China with a dotted-line relationship to the Group Marketing Director in Singapore.


Responsibilities:

Business Development & Partnerships (50%)

- Assists the RVP with the assessment and negotiation of strategic partnerships for lead generation programmes

- Meets sales objectives through identification of industries and organisations to contact and solicit corporate sales opportunities

- Secures and conducts face-to-face sales meetings and presentations

- Develops, re?nes and periodically updates various business development and marketing materials including pitches, proposals, presentations, brochures, business pro?les and others

Strategic Marketing (30%)

- Plays a key role in the strategic development and execution of effective membership acquisition and retention through multiple sales channels

- Plans, monitors and improves processes to link all marketing activities to be in-line with the sales target.

- Oversees development of key messages that align with the goals, target audiences, and brand.

- Works with GMD to develop and execute partnership budget, monitors results versus budgets, making adjustments as needed. Tracks and reports on prospect development and sales activity

Relationship Management (20%)

- Acts as key contact point for our hotel partners to build and strengthen relationships

- Understanding in member recruitment, retention, rewards, email and SMS campaign management

- Works with hotel partners to identify new assets to offer to partners as add-on sales opportunities, and to attract new prospects


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or relevant discipline

- Proven track record for generating revenue either through corporate partnership support or corporate sales

- Ability to develop creative proposals that meet and exceed potential partners’ needs

- Results oriented creative thinker with sound business acumen

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)

- Periodic travel throughout country for partner meetings


Based in Shanghai, the ideal candidate would be available immediately or within 4 weeks from date of appointment. A rewarding remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate. - 协助GMD开发并执行业务合作预算,比较预算与成果,并按需做出修改。跟踪并汇报业务合作的发展预测及销售活动

关系管理( 20% )
- 扮演着 我们的酒店合作伙伴的关键联系人角色,建立和加强关系
- 了解会员招募,维护,奖励,电子邮件和短信活动管理
- 为酒店合作伙伴寻求全新卖点,作为附加销售机会,吸引新的客户

要求:
- 贸易,市场营销,大众传播或相关学科的学士学位
- 有能力通过商业合作或企业销售创收
- 有能力设计具有富有创意的建议书,满足并超越潜在合作伙伴的需求
- 注重 结果的,具备创造性思维的商业才干
- 优秀的口语和书面沟通能力(中英文)
- 定期出差参加合作伙伴会议
