Main Responsibilities

To support the sales team in Greater China to grow the sales and develop profitable business through a close co-operation with Orchid suppliers and customers.

To prepare recommended sales price, sales arguments, and customer quotations based on the offers from suppliers, coordinate and follow up in a systematic way with the sales team and the customers to increase the sales as well as to maximize profitability.

To support the sales team for new business development and execution of the sales and development programs.

To maintain good relation with defined key accounts and increase market share by regular follow up

Keep all records and files in a good order and provide input to the development of rolling forecasts, targets, sales and marketing plans, as well as management review meetings

Assist GM China for the general administration and marketing jobs as well as for the company and production site setup

Required and Competencies

Proficient in written and spoken English
Computer using skills (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office)
Proactive attitude and team player. Confident and good manner in dealing with people
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to take challenges

Education and Experience

A university degree in medical, business, material science or engineering related subject
Preferably 3 years relevant experience in an international organization in medical device industry
