Job function: Human Resource Manager
Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain effective best practices in
- Recruitment and Selection systems,
- Compensation and Rewards
- Training and Development
- Performance management establishes and acts
- Health and Safety programs
- Be responsible for administration management
- Develop a Communication Strategy that supports the business objectives and provides for open and effective communication across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Effectively implement the Organization Review Process. Work with management to identify High Potential employees and formulate a succession plan for key positions.
Precondition
- University graduate in HR Management or related discipline
- At least 8 years relevant experience in HR, at least 3 years at management level in similar manufacturing company.
- Familiar with all HR functional processes and tools, well versed in governmental rules & labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

任职条件:
- 人力资源或相关专业本科
- 至少8年以上人力资源相关工作经验,至少3年以上类似制造业的管理资格
- 熟悉所有人力资源的功能流程和使用工具,并深谙政府规章制度和劳动法
- 具有优良的沟通技巧和交际能力
- 具有良好的英语写作和口语沟通技巧
- 精通办公软件

We produce after DIN ISO and International quality standards. Our factories are certificated after ISO9001: 2000 and TS16949.
Our customers are mainly from Germany.
